T.E.A.L.® was invited by Charles B.Wang Community Health Center to present to clinic staff and volunteers about genetics and ovarian cancer. T.E.A.L.® board member and Genetics Counselor, Flora Poleshchuk (of Myriad Genetics Laboratories) spoke to attendees about T.E.A.L.®’s work in the community, her work with T.E.A.L.®, and provided information about counselling patients about genetic testing and risk factors. Charles B. Wang is a local federally qualified health center providing high quality and affordable health care to the underserved, with a focus on Asian Americans in particular. Thank you Charles B.
