T.E.A.L. and Mets Partner For the 3rd Annual Ovarian Cancer Awareness Day!

On Saturday, July 12th, members, supporters, friends and family joined together in supporting T.E.A.L.’s Annual Ovarian Cancer Awareness Day at Citi Field! This year T.E.A.L. board members proudly entered the field waving teal ribbons and banners with Ovarian Cancer Survivor Marcy in honor of Health Awareness Week, and were truly honored to accept this year’s Spirit Award. In addition to accepting the Spirit Award, supporter Deanna Hoy from St. Joseph’s College in Brooklyn proudly sang the National Anthem. T.E.A.L.’s annual trip to Citi Field is an event that you truly wouldn’t want to miss! A portion of each ticket sale was donated to T.E.A.L.’s awareness and research programs. A huge thank you to everyone for showing their support and helping us turn Citi Field T.E.A.L. by wearing the color teal to the game and spreading awareness throughout the stadium!
