On March 29th, 2016, T.E.A.L.® attended the annual Women’s History month celebration at Brooklyn Borough Hall. At the event, Brooklyn Borough Hall honored outstanding women who are making a difference in the Brooklyn community. There was a panel discussion addressing the health, nutritional, financial and emotional stages of women throughout the life cycle, as well as workshops discussing issues facing women in the workplace. T.E.A.L.® CEO Pamela Esposito-Amery was able to speak with fellow change-makers in Brooklyn about the work that T.E.A.L.® is doing both locally and nationally, and spread awareness about the signs, symptoms, and risk factors of ovarian cancer.
